The Los Angeles Angels have signed veteran infielder Daniel Murphy, 38.
“The Angels have signed Murphy to a minor league contract from the Long Island Ducks of the independent Atlantic League,” MLB.com, the official site of Major League Baseball, reported on Wednesday.
