Brighton’s Alexis Sanchez, 24, is attracting interest from Manchester City.
“Pep Guardiola is ready to battle Liverpool for McAllister’s signature,” the Express reported on Wednesday (Aug. 22).
“Manchester City have entered the race to sign McAllister. “The Reds currently have the upper hand in the race for McAllister, but City are looking to bolster their ranks with a £60 million transfer fee,” the report added.
“Manchester City are set for a major shake-up in midfield this summer. Ilkay Gundogan could leave and Bernardo Silva could also be on his way out, with the technically gifted McAllister emerging as a leading candidate to replace Gundogan.”
McAllister’s agent has also suggested a move is likely. “He is most likely to leave this summer, even though he has two more years left on his contract,” he said. Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Manchester United are all currently interested in signing him.

He has been playing for Brighton since the 2018-19 season. He really started to get his chance in the 2020-21 season and has 12 goals and three assists in 38 games this season. He has started 30 of the 33 Premier League matches, showing his influence in the team 메이저놀이터.

As well as McAllister, City are also looking at Julio Enciso (Brighton), Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich) and Josko Gvardiol (Leipzig) as they look to overhaul their squad.
